The terms governing your application to operate a Zundara venture. These terms apply to the application process only. Separate agreements (Shareholders' Agreement, Infrastructure Contract, optional Consulting Contract) govern the operating relationship if your application is successful.
The application is submitted to Fine Content Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 16603901), trading as Zundara ("Zundara," "we," "us," "our").
When you submit an application, you pay a £200 onboarding setup fee via Stripe. The fee serves both as a seriousness filter (it weeds out tyre-kickers from genuine applicants) and as funding for the actual handover setup work if your application is successful.
If we do not select you, we refund the fee in full — no questions, no deductions, no admin fee. This is unconditional.
If we do select you and you proceed through fit conversation to handover, the £200 is applied toward the actual transfer work, infrastructure provisioning, and agreement preparation that constitutes handover. It is not a purchase price for the company.
If, after selection, you choose to withdraw before handover begins, the fee is refundable subject to a reasonable handling charge for any work already started. If Zundara withdraws after selection, the fee is refunded in full.
Payment processing for the setup fee, and any subsequent infrastructure subscription, is handled by Stripe. Your use of the payment flow is also subject to Stripe's own terms.
We commit to responding to every application within 72 hours of submission. We may invite you to a 45-minute fit conversation with the founder, shortlist your application, suggest a different venture, or decline.
Submitting an application does not create any contractual obligation on Zundara to proceed with you. Selection is at our sole discretion. We are not obliged to give reasons for our decisions, although we will where possible.
You confirm that the information you provide in your application is accurate to the best of your knowledge. You will not impersonate another person or submit applications on someone else's behalf without authority. You will not submit applications in bad faith (for example, to disrupt our process or obtain information).
Payment processing is handled by Stripe Payments UK Limited. Stripe is the controller of your card data — Zundara does not see or store card numbers. Your use of the payment flow is also subject to Stripe's own terms.
Information shared during the application and fit conversation processes is mutually confidential. Both parties will treat the other's confidential information appropriately.
We assess applications against operational capacity (can you run the venture day-to-day?) and fit with the specific venture you have applied for. Our selection decisions are final.
We do not guarantee any business outcome (revenue, regulatory approval, visa approval, or commercial success). Operating a business involves risk that lies with the operator. Where we provide information about typical revenue ranges, that information is illustrative only.
Subject to your statutory rights, our liability in relation to the application process is limited to refunding the £200 onboarding setup fee. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the application process.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these terms.
